Refunds & Returns

By placing an order, you confirm that you have understood and accepted our store policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have past since receipt of item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are unhappy with the quality of your item(s), please contact our support to get a simple refund or replacement. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products 
- Certain health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; please contact our support team via for further information on returns, we respond within 24-48 hours! 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (between 1-4 business days) before a refund is posted.

If you would like to cancel your order, you have within 3 hours of purchase on the same day to do so. Due to the speed at which we process orders we are unable to guarantee cancellations after 3 hours from purchase. Please be aware that cancellations will incur a management & processing fee of up to (and including) 20% of the total order value.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We are happy to replace your item(s) if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and provide us with an image(s) of the defective/damaged item(s) as an email attachment to allow us to assist you as quickly as possible.
